￼Paul Allen is a highly respected and Leadership Facilitator, Total Quality Champion and Mentor.
Over twenty years Paul has gained a wide range of senior management experience, particularly in the fields of Communications, Personal Development & Total Quality Management.
He began his management career with BTplc and in 1989 led the team responsible for introducing the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) to the Organisation. The design & delivery of a two year training programme, across all levels of the Organisation, as well as the facilitation of Improvement Teams has given him an in-depth, practical knowledge of the various TQM techniques & a keen interest in new ideas.
Since 1997 he has built up a strong reputation as a Leadership Development specialist working with managers at all levels to help them grow. Although much of his current work involves designing and delivering accredited programmes so that clients may gain internationally respected qualifications, he also creates learning opportunities for clients who need specific skills without a qualification and works as an Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor to many senior leaders.
Paul has served for more than twenty years as a magistrate and is instrumental in training new Magistrates and helping existing JPs build their skills to become Chairs. Paul works closely within the Criminal Justice System.
Paul has a passion for helping people develop and this is clearly seen in his highly interactive facilitation style.
As a partner in the highly successful development organisation, The Training Spa he supports delegates undertaking accredited, developmental programmes verified by the Institute for Leadership & Management (ILM). He also leads on design and delivery of the Gateway Qualifications Level 3 Award in Information, Advice and Guidance.
